Slow Cooked Pulled Beef Sandwiches

  • 3 lb boneless beef chuck roast (I used 3 lbs of stew meat and it worked perfectly also)
  • 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce (I used Sweet Baby Rays Sweet&Spicy)
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Put all ingredients in crockpot and turn the heat on Low for 8 hours or High for 4 hours. I did High for 4 hours. Once cooked for designated time, use a fork to shred beef. If it doesn't shred easily, it needs to cook a little longer. Mix well with sauce.
