Peanut Butter Frosting
Makes about 2 1/2 cups
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) soft unsalted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Mix peanut butter, butter and vanilla well, until creamy.
- 1 3/4 cup + 2 Tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp milk
Add the powdered sugar and milk to the butter mixture. Mix thoroughly.
